Wedding Bells and March Flowers...

These are sweet buttercream floral cupcakes for one of my favourite clients!  Cupcakes were either french vanilla or chocolate and decorated with ivory and white vanilla buttercream icing.  Soooo pretty!

My Goodness, My Guinness - Look Who's 50!!!

This was a special birthday for my bff's hubby.  He jokingly asked for a Guinness cake... so it just goes to show you... be careful what you wish for!!!

This is a dark, rich Guinness chocolate cake in the shape of, well, a pint of Guinness!  Paired perfectly with a tall, sweet glass of... well, Guinness.  Lol.

It's Not Easy Being Green!

Ok... for this month's birthday's we're going with an age-old March tradition!!!  Shamrock shake cucpakes!  The cupcake is a Guinness-based chocolate cupcake with mint buttercream icing and a mint-oreo cookie bark on top!!!  I am not a huge mint lover in anything but moijito's... but I have to say, I LOVE this bark!  The bark is definitely as good as the bite!!!  Lol.
